Beschreibung vom Buch

INTRODUCTION There has been considerable debate over whether food or non-food approaches are preferable in addressing micronutrient deficiencies. The issue is highlighted when efforts are made to enhance the micronutrient content of a locally-produced food supplement used in a community-based nutrition project. This analysis was carried out to contribute empirical evidence to the debate and, at the same time, to contribute to practical problem-solving relating to the food supplement used in the Bangladesh Integrated Nutrition Project (BINP).
